How Subliminal Audio Tapes WorkSubliminal audio tapes are the most common and well-known form of subliminal messages that are available sold to the public. The majority of the audio subliminal-tapes are recorded using one very simple, basic technique. Basically, verbal affirmations are recorded at a lower level (in other words, very softly), and mixed with a much louder "foreground", usually the sound of ocean waves, a bubbling stream, rain-drops, other sounds of nature or even easy-listening and new-age music. Subliminal tapes usually record their affirmations at a constant volume below the volume of the foreground, regardless of the volume of the "foreground" sounds. Do Subliminal Audio Tapes Work?Obviously, by their very nature, you can't tell whether there’s actually any subliminal messages on the tape just by listening to it. After all, you can’t hear the subliminal messages or affirmations even if you listen to the tapes. Another possible way is to use some sophisticated recording and technical equipment, something that most of us wouldn’t have easy access to. Even if you did have access to these kind of equipment, not many people would know how to use them. At the end of the day, I’ve come to the conclusion that the only way to test whether subliminal audio tapes really work is to try them out and see if they work. Personally, I’ve found that subliminal audio tapes have an effect when you listen to them. However, as I explained in my previous article, different people react differently to subliminal audio tapes. Some people show results almost immediately. Others take anything between one to three months to see any results. Some people never respond to subliminal messages at all.
